Email Newsletter and Patreon Update

Quick post today, mostly to mention my email newsletter.

I’m sending out to my email subscribers tomorrow. It’s important, and it has an impact on my next book release. If you want to have your voice heard, you need to subscribe to my newsletter now! I’ll be making an announcement next month about this, but everyone likes to express their opinion, right? :)

I try to send my email newsletter out once or twice a month, and I share what’s going on in my life, what I’m currently writing/revising, books I’ve read, and that sort of thing. I also occasionally have surveys like the one tomorrow! If you want to see what sort of things I’ve sent out in the past two years, check out my newsletter archive page. You can subscribe there, too.

This picture has nothing to do with emails or Patreon, but Eustace is adorable, isn’t he?

Also, you may have noticed I’ve added a Patreon link to my sidebar. At Patreon, my readers and friends can pledge a certain amount of money per month for me to cover writing expenses, cover art, and other things necessary for a successful book. In exchange, I’m planning on sharing deleted scenes, character profiles, surveys, and other things like that.

I’m also giving Patreon supporters early access to important things. The email I’m sending out tomorrow? My patrons saw that stuff yesterday. These supporters are really putting their money where their mouth is, and what that gets them is even more access to my life.

If you want to find out what’s going on, check out my Patreon! The lowest level is $1 a month, and that gets you access to early and exclusive content. I’ll be posting things there at least twice a month, and they won’t be things I post here on the blog. So check it it at the link below!

Become a Patron!

If you aren’t able to chip in a little, I understand. I’ve been there–I’m still mostly there. I won’t have my feelings hurt if you don’t sign up. I won’t have my feelings hurt if you sign up and then have to cancel. But this is the next step in my plan towards making a living from my writing career, and I’m excited to share it with you all!
